Lead Software Engineer To be a part of the DCS software development team, primarily working with Quality Data. Management (QDM) and metrology software product suite as a Lead Software Engineer. Primary Job Description: Development of Web-based modules for advanced analysis of manufacturing quality data using Java scrips & Angular. Work with the Development team on new product initiatives. Work on QDM suite integration with other tools. Mechanical Engineering background, Quality Control, CAD is preferred. Secondary Job Description Work on enhancing the QDM WEB cloud subscription-based product to be launched on AWS, and Azure platforms. Design and develop mobile applications & tablet device interfaces to QDMWEB products. Required Skills: BS degree Mechanical engineering background is preferred Programming Languages: Angular 5 or Later version (4+ year experience) AngularJS (4+ year experience) Typescript/JavaScript (4+ year experience) HTML 5/CSS (4+ year experience) Java (2+ year experience) Database (MySQL or SQL server) (2+ year experience) ASP.Net ( 2+ Year experience) C## ( 2+ year experience) Development Environments: Visual Studio, Windows Client Server Architecture Source Code Management: Sourcesafe, Github, Dev ops General: Office products Additional Skills: Software testing and quality assurance methods Documentation and Technical writing Familiarity with Agile Project Management methods Full Stack is desired but not required Work Mode: This position is mostly remote, although the ideal candidate will be Michigan-based as you will be required to meet in the office a few times a month for meetings.
