Dr. Praveen Vayalamkuzhi is an engineer turned entrepreneur with over a decade of international experience in transportation safety research. His research work focuses on improving road safety through educational and engineering measures – thereby achieving the goal of reducing road traffic fatalities and serious injuries. Currently, he is the President and CEO of MobilityVision Inc., a science-based organization that creates innovative resources and solutions to support the transformation of nations around the world to the safe and sustainable mode of mobility that he recently founded. He is actively involved in the International (Global) Road Federation as a member of the Road Safety Committee and Co-Chair of the Task Force on Artificial Intelligence to Improve Road Safety Outcomes, in addition to other professional organizations like National Academics of Engineering and Medicine’s Transportation Research Board and American Society of Civil Engineer’s Streets and Highway Operations committee as the Secretary and corresponding member of the ASCE’s MARC. He serves as speaker, moderator and as reviewer for Transportation Research Board, International Scientific Journals, and International and National conferences and workshops. Dr. Vayalamkuzhi’s research work and community engagement has been recognized with a number of honors – he was named as the Rising Star of Safety 2022 by the National Safety Council and Forty Under 40 by the Association Forum in 2022. Dr. Vayalamkuzhi has been elected as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA) for his outstanding contributions to social advancement through research in the field of transportation safety management in August 2023.

Rakesh Guliani has over 25 years of experience in the Information Systems, Recruiting and Staffing industry. Apart from extensive experience in handling large IT projects; he has a proven track record in operations management, sales and marketing, and recruiting. Mr. Guliani has been President and CEO of Park Computer Systems Inc., right from its inception in 1996. At Park Computer Systems, in addition to the general management duties, he led the company’s overall marketing strategy and development initiatives and oversaw all recruiting efforts. He also served in leading companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Hyundai Electronics America, Tata Consultancy Services and CMC Ltd. She has built & led product and engineering teams at technology icons like Google, YouTube, Netflix, Cisco to name a few. She has launched many successful and Insightful products over the last decade many of which encompass AI and machine learning expertise. She led query disambiguation and speech recognition efforts on leading edge Google Home and Google Assistant enabled devices using Google Cloud ML models. In her current role, Surbhi leads Juniper’s Enterprise DataCenter business as Head of Product for Network Virtualization and SDN Software products. She leads a large team of Product Line Managers, Technical Marketing Engineers and Solution Architects and manages complex cross-organizational initiatives. Using her motivational and EQ-based leadership style, she sets a clear vision for product development of cloud-native products to enable digital transformation of both services & enterprise businesses. Prior to that he was the SVP at a Google Partner silicon valley based startup SpringML.
