Divya Ashok is a leader with 12 years of experience building and scaling global initiatives from the ground up. As Vice President of Strategy and Innovation, Divya will lead the strategy around Salesforce’s India business and champion initiatives around India in San Francisco. Prior to her new role, Divya was in Product Management. Her teams led Salesforce’s efforts around scale, where she championed and delivered over 500+ unique product enhancements. She led product readiness for 50+ of Salesforce’s largest and most complex customers globally. Divya’s passion for the empowerment of women and children led her to co-create the Salesforce Women’s Network. While she was Global President, membership increased by 350% to over 9,000 allies and expanded to 48 chapters globally. Surbhi is a driven technologist with 15+ years of experience in business and technology roles. She has been involved in engineering, product management, product marketing roles at large global companies with multi-billion dollar revenues and multi-stage startups scaling from pre-revenue to $1B+. Currently, as a product marketer, she is leading the GTM of the flagship product at Portworx (Pure Storage). Surbhi has led and helped with community-based projects such as Project Udaan (Art of Living organization – rescuing and uplifting children of sex traffickers in India), teaching Science to under-privileged elementary school kids (Science is Elementary organization). She is also a passionate educator – served as a lecturer in an engineering college in Delhi, India and as a Python programming teacher at The Harker School. Surbhi has earned her Bachelor degree in Computer Sc. Engineering from Punjab Technical University, India and Masters in Computer Sc. and Engineering from San Jose State University.

Srujana brings subject matter expertise in driving business value through productizing Generative AI applications and machine learning algorithmic deployments with more than 15 years’ experience with a focus on developing scalable data products with a global reach. Srujana is highly regarded for her expertise developing and deploying Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) products in marketing and customer domain. Excels at developing commercial grade data products for achieving organization digital identity vision through Customer 360 initiatives. Drive development of data science products focused on search, personalization, entity extraction, conversational recommendation engines. She brings expertise in AI powered recommender systems. She has industry experience in hardware IoT products, enterprise solutions, consulting, eCommerce, CPG, and retail. Srujana has a proven capacity to clearly and effectively communicate to audiences from a variety of cultural, educational, and economic backgrounds. Srujana has held positions with Walmart, Accenture and Hewlett Packard all in data & AI leadership capacities. She has had numerous articles published in The Harvard Review and INFORMS among others. Renu is a technology executive with more than two decades of experience shaping data, analytics, and enterprise software products. She currently serves as the Chief Product Officer for Data and Analytics at EverCommerce, a leading SaaS platform provider serving over 700,000 global service SMBs. In this role, she drives product strategy and innovation to deliver impactful, insight-driven solutions that elevate business performance across EverCommerce’s portfolio.

Her prior leadership roles at Broadcom, Oracle Corp, Sun Microsystems, Myriad Software, and IBM span data platforms, APIs, AI/ML-enabled systems, infrastructure management, and enterprise software. This breadth of experience has given her a deep perspective on how data, APIs, and AI underpin the modern enterprise IT stack and unlock new opportunities for operational excellence and digital transformation.

Renu holds a BS in Computer Engineering and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. A frequent speaker at industry conferences, she is passionate about advancing the conversation on technology’s role in shaping the future of business and enjoys connecting with leaders who share that vision.

Dr. Swati Saxena is a senior technologist and thought leader in the Aviation Systems Division at NASA Ames Research Center with more than 15 years of experience in Aerospace Industry. She is passionate about the use of AI in Aerospace and teaching. She has held adjunct faculty positions at University of California, Berkeley and Santa Clara University. Her research interests include AI/ML applications in aeronautics and aviation operations, high-fidelity modeling and simulation, aerodynamics and computational aeroacoustics. 

Before joining NASA, Swati has worked at Ansys Inc. as the Technical Director for Aerospace & Defense and at GE Aerospace as Lead Research Scientist. A frequent speaker at conferences and technical events, she is a lifetime senior member of American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA), holds two patents and is a published author with more than 35 technical publications. She holds a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur in India. She is excited to join the ASEI Silicon Valley Board and contribute to the ASEI mission.
