Rahul Dubey is Vice President, Global Regulated Markets Solutions at CyberArk. He
heads the solutions offerings for CyberArk across all Regulated Markets including
Public Sector, Banking Financial Services Insurance (BFSI) and Health Care etc. This
includes collaborating with our customers and internally (Sales, Products, Engineering,
Legal, Gov Affairs and Compliance teams on innovative initiatives like AI, DevSecOps,
Zero Trust to plan the expansion of our offerings in Regulated Markets like various
market segments (Public Sector – Federal Civilian, State, Local, DoD, Intel). This
involves prioritizing & planning Global Certifications, Accreditations and other initiatives
related to Data Protection, Privacy, Data Residency, and Sovereign Cloud.
Before he was at Cisco as Director, Product Mgmt. – Global Market Access. He was
responsible for the Market Access portfolio for Webex comprising Meetings, Calling,
Video Devices and Team Collaboration that included growing global footprint and
leading Public Sector and Regulated Market initiatives like Webex for Government
(FedRAMP), Air-gapped, Privacy, Data Residency, and Sovereign Cloud.
Rahul has been in the Product Mgmt., Security and Compliance field for over a decade
while working at Fortune 500 companies ranging from Cisco, VMware (now Broadcom)
to midsize companies like UiPath, Splunk, Axway. His experience includes significant
time building Cloud Products with Regulated Market lens and expanding them into
Enterprise, Global Public Sector and Worldwide Regulated Markets. In his career, he
has led the build, launch and getting regulations of the Cloud SaaS offerings in Global
Public Sector and Regulated Markets. He also has expertise in guiding cloud products
achieve and maintain various Industry Specific Public Sector, and international
certifications and authorizations like FedRAMP, DOD IL5, CNSSI, IRAP, ISO, SOC,
HIPAA, GDPR.
In serving the community, he has been actively involved with various non-profit &
religious organizations such as United Way, MICAH (Milwaukee Inner City
Congregation Allied for Hope), Interfaith Conference of Milwaukee, Rotaract Club of

Milwaukee, & Call for Peace. He also has served on board of WAVE (Wisconsin Anti
Violence Effort), Arts@Large, Milwaukee Public Theater.
Rahul holds an MBA (MIS, Management & Risk Management) from Concordia
University, WI. Rahul enjoys spending time with family (his wife and preschooler boy),
trying different foods, watching American Football (Go Packers), traveling and getting
acquainted with various international cultures & traditions.

I am a Software Configuration Management (CM) Lead at EverWatch (A Booz Allen Company) with expertise providing various DevOps SWCM capabilities. As a DevOps CM Leader, I continue to guide, enforce, coach, and support US Government CM processes in multiple AWS/Azure GovCloud environments. Under the appointed CM Role, I’ve also done Project & Release Management and AWS Architect work without any professional training and certification. I’ve almost 20yrs of professional IT experience both in the public and commercial sector as a Developer, Development Lead, Architect, and System Admin. I have over 12years of developing and designing Documentum/Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions. My expertise has proven to increase production availability and readiness by at least 75%, reduced CM Process failures by 100%, ensured policy compliance 100%, and delivered approved Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) at least 5 times.

Mr. Mahesh Talreja is currently employed by a federal government agency. Mr. Talreja brings more than 25 years of professional experience in program and project management, business analysis, cybersecurity, and management consulting, with a proven track record of aligning technical solutions to organizational strategy to maximize business value and return on investment (ROI).

In addition to his professional background, Mr. Talreja has experience mentoring professionals through career transitions and advancement, including reviewing and strengthening resumes to align skills with workforce needs. He also brings strong capabilities in training and instructional design, applying best-practice learning frameworks to develop high-quality educational
programs.

His commitment to service includes volunteer work with Senior Connection and serving as an Advancement Coordinator for the Scouts of America, reflecting a dedication to supporting both seniors and youth. Mr. Talreja leverage his experience, leadership, and advocacy skills to advance the mission and drive meaningful organizational impact.

Mr. Talreja enjoys lifelong learning, spending time in nature, hiking, walking, listening to music,

Priyanka is a Process engineer with a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from SASTRA University, Tanjore and a Master’s in Environmental Engineering from BITS Pilani. Priyanka is a dynamic professional with a rich background in process design, project management and engineering, and proposal development. Now, having recently made the exciting move to the US, Priyanka is embracing a phase of exploration and self-discovery, seeking new avenues to apply her expertise in innovative ways. Outside the confines of the professional realm, Priyanka is a fervent enthusiast of outdoor adventures, painting and board games.

Adithya is a Senior Technical Program Manager at Oracle America Inc. in their Cloud Infrastructure Security team. He is currently working closely with engineering teams to execute on strategic projects for large customers. Previously, he has served as a Product Manager in the Cloud Platform space and as a Cloud Solutions Engineer helping customers to build solutions using Oracle Cloud offerings.

He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from SRM University, Chennai and his Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence from University of Georgia, Athens (UGA). He has also served as the webmaster of UGA’s Indian Student Association with media management responsibilities. He enjoys listening to music, watching movies, and exploring new places in his spare time.

Venkat is a Cybersecurity and Privacy Consultant with PwC serving fortune 500 companies in the Banking, Health Care, and Technology sectors. He is a graduate from the University of Maryland, College Park with a Masters in Electrical and Computer Engineering, focusing on Cybersecurity. Venkat had previously served as the President of the ASEI University of Maryland chapter. He loves to golf in the summers and ski in the winters.

Anantha is a Sr. Electrical Project Engineer at Stanley Black and Decker. He is a graduate of University of Maryland College park with a degree in Masters in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Anantha had previously been part of the board of ASEI UMD chapter and was part of Washington chapter after graduation. He loves to be playing some sport all the time.

Ved Gupta has held several senior technical and executive positions in industry and the government in a career that spans over 40 years. He was with the US government, Lockheed Martin and with IBM, where he spent 29 years. He was also an assistant professor of electrical engineering at a state university in North Carolina for 4 years. During his career, he paid special attention to hiring and mentoring recent college graduates and made sure that they received proper technical and leadership trainings. He helped and promoted minorities and women in the corporate world. He is currently mentoring the university students with technical and career oriented skills. He has undergraduate degrees from Allahabad University and IIT Kharagpur and holds graduate degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Maryland at College Park.
